ARI CONA All-in-one – Steam Trap Station PN40

The ARI CONA All-in-one is a steam drainage assembly with integrated inlet/outlet valves, check valve, and internal filter. It is used when the steam trap needs to be isolated, inspected, and maintained without additional spool pieces and independent valves in the line.

CONA B All-in-one

The CONA B 60A version is a bimetallic thermostatic steam trap for discharging lightly to heavily subcooled condensate. The controller R13, R22, or R32 is selected based on inlet pressure up to 13, 22, or 32 bar respectively. Subcooling is mechanically adjusted by the bimetallic controller.

• Sizes: DN15–DN25 / ½"–1".
• Body Materials: 1.0460 or 1.4541.
• Connections: flanges EN 1092-1, Rp per EN 10226-1, NPT per ANSI B1.20.1, socket weld per EN 12760, butt weld prepared per EN ISO 9692.
• Limits 1.0460: 32 barg / 250 °C, 22 barg / 385 °C, 14.5 barg / 450 °C.
• Limits 1.4541: 32 barg / 350 °C or 22 barg / 400 °C.

Operational Variants

• CONA B: bimetallic, for adjustable subcooling.
• CONA M: capsule, with subcooling options of approximately 10 K or 30 K.
• CONA TD: thermodynamic, for simple line drainage.
• CONA SC: float, for continuous condensate discharge and rapid start-up venting.

Applications

Suitable for steam tracing, steam line drainage, small heat exchangers, coils, instrument heating, and points requiring frequent operational checks. Does not require electric or pneumatic actuator.

Maintenance and Inspection

The controller can be replaced without disassembling the piping. In case of reduced flow, check the filter, seat, subcooling adjustment, check valve, and available differential pressure. Optional drain valve, blow-down ball valve, and isolation valve with sealed stem are available.
