Electromagnetic Valve 2/2 AWS Type 219
The AWS Type 219 is a 2/2-way seat valve, direct-acting, with NC operation. It is used for on/off isolation of clean liquids or gases in circuits requiring operation from 0 bar, without auxiliary pressure.

Electrical Configuration
Connection via plug according to DIN EN 175301-803 Form A. Available supplies: 230 V AC 50/60 Hz, 24 V DC, and special voltages. Voltage tolerance is ±10% according to VDE 0580, with a duty cycle of 100% ED.
Seal Selection
- NBR: -10 to +90 °C
- EPDM: -10 to +130 °C
- FKM: -10 to +120 °C
Declared leakage class is Rate A according to EN 12266-1.
Applications
Suitable for auxiliary lines of compressed air, water, neutral gases, and technical fluids, provided the medium is clean and compatible with the body and elastomer. The 219 series is selected when small cross-section, high pressure, and immediate response without minimum Δp are required.
Maintenance / Installation
Flow direction follows the arrow on the body, and the valve is not suitable for back pressure. Depressurization, cooling, flushing, and securing of the installation are required before work.
