Electromagnetic Valve 2/2 AWS Type 214
The AWS Type 214 is a 2/2-way direct-acting seat valve for on/off flow control in liquid or gas lines without requiring minimum differential pressure. The standard operation is NC, meaning normally closed without voltage.

Pressure Ranges and Flow
| DN | Pressure AC | Pressure DC | Kv |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.0 | 0–48 bar | 0–38 bar | 2.3 l/min |
| 2.5 | 0–30 bar | 0–24 bar | 3.0 l/min |

| 6.0 | 0–6 bar | 0–4.8 bar | 9.5 l/min |
Applications
Suitable for clean media without solid particles, such as water, compressed air, neutral gases, and compatible technical fluids. Recommended for dosing small flows, auxiliary circuits, filling/emptying containers, pneumatic automation, and industrial skids.
Material Selection
NBR is typically used for air, water, and mineral oils up to +90 °C. EPDM covers water and hot water up to +130 °C. FKM is chosen for increased chemical and thermal stress up to +120 °C. Leakage is classified as Rate A according to EN 12266-1.
Maintenance and Installation
Flow direction must follow the arrow on the body. The series is not intended for back pressure. Visual and functional checks are recommended quarterly, including leakage, noise, and vibration inspections.
