Gefran TPSADA – Pressure Transmitter with Digital Autozero/Span
The TPSADA is an analog pressure transmitter designed for industrial test systems and hydraulic applications. It utilizes a thick film sensor on a stainless steel diaphragm. The main distinction from the TPSA model is the integrated Digital Autozero & Span function, which is magnetically activated without opening the device housing.

Signal Outputs
Standard outputs include 0.1…10.1 Vdc, 4…20 mA, and 0…10 Vdc. Optional outputs: 0.1…5.1 Vdc, 0…5 Vdc, 1…5 Vdc, 1…10 Vdc, 1…6 Vdc. The 4…20 mA output is preferred for field wiring to PLCs or data loggers; voltage outputs are used for short-distance connections to test controllers.
Autozero & Span Functions
Functions include coarse magnetic autozero, fine magnetic autozero, 80% FS calibration signal, magnetic autospan, partial reset, and total reset. These are used after installation, fitting changes, mechanical stress, or periodic offset checks.
Connections and Applications
Standard process connection: G 1/4 gas male. Available options: 7/16-20 UNF-2A SAE 4, G 1/2A DIN 16288, G 1/4 gas female. Typical use: production test benches, test machines, and hydraulic pressure measurement circuits.
