Gefran TPHADA – Ultra High Pressure Transmitter
The TPHADA is a pressure transmitter designed for ultra high-pressure hydraulic circuits. It utilizes a bonded strain gauge on stainless steel with a monolithic measuring diaphragm. Suitable for both static and dynamic pressure measurement in waterjet systems, high-pressure pumps, and hydraulic test benches.

Signal Outputs
Available outputs: 4…20 mA two-wire, 0.1…5.1 Vdc, 0.1…10.1 Vdc, 0…5 Vdc, 0…10 Vdc, 1…5 Vdc, 1…6 Vdc, 1…10 Vdc. The 4…20 mA output is used for field wiring to PLCs or data loggers. Voltage outputs are suitable for short cable runs or test systems requiring fast analog acquisition.
Digital Auto-Zero & Span
The Digital Auto-Zero & Span function allows zero and span adjustment using a magnetic pen, without opening the device. Useful after installation, fitting replacement, or periodic drift checks in high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Process Connections
Available connections: F-250-C 9/16-18 UNF female and M16 x 1.5 female. For this pressure class, verify fitting selection, metal-to-metal sealing, tightening torque, and mechanical load on tubing.
FAQ
When to select TPHADA over TPH?
When a conditioned output 4…20 mA or Vdc is required instead of mV/V.
Suitable media?
Fluids compatible with 15-5PH / 17-4PH stainless steel.
Are certificates available?
Product page provides EU and UK Conformity Declaration for the TPHADA series.
