Gefran TKDA Pressure Transmitter
The Gefran TKDA is an analog pressure transmitter featuring Digital Autozero & Span functionality. It is specified for installations requiring periodic zero or span adjustment without opening the enclosure or using mechanical trimmers. Adjustment is performed via a magnetic pen at the designated point on the housing.
Technical Data
- Measuring ranges: up to 0…1000 bar, with vacuum/pressure ranges available per code
- Accuracy: H ±0.25% FS typical, M ±0.5% FS typical
- Overpressure: 2x
- Burst pressure: 4x
- Sampling time: < 1 ms
- Process temperature: -40…+105 °C
- Temperature compensation: -10…+85 °C
- Zero shift in compensated range: ±0.012% FS/°C typical
- Wetted parts: fluids compatible with AISI 430F and 17-4 PH
- Protection: IP65/IP67, depending on electrical connection and correct female connector installation
Signal Outputs
Available with 4…20 mA two-wire and voltage outputs 0.1…5.1 Vdc, 0.1…10.1 Vdc, 0…5 Vdc, 0…10 Vdc, 1…5 Vdc, and 1…10 Vdc. The 4…20 mA option is preferred for field wiring and PLC analog inputs. Voltage outputs are used for short-distance connections to controllers or display units.
Digital Autozero & Span
Functions include coarse/fine magnetic autozero, 80% FS calibration signal, magnetic autospan, partial reset, and total reset. In hydraulic press maintenance or test benches, this enables offset verification after mechanical stress, thermal cycling, or instrument replacement.
Process Connections
Available connections: G 1/4 gas male DIN 3852-E, 1/4”-18 NPT male, G 1/2 gas male DIN 3852-E. Electrical connection options: 7-pin, 6-pin, shielded cable, M12x1 4-pin, or EN 175301-803.
Applications
Used in hydraulic power units, test benches, injection molding presses, and casting machines where analog pressure measurement with on-site electronic reset is required.
Standards
Declaration of conformity includes RoHS 2011/65/EU, EMC 2014/30/EU, EN 50581:2012, EN 61326-1:2013, EN 61326-2-3:2013.
