Manual needle valve with detachable flanged ends EN 1759-1 Class 150, designed for fine flow adjustment in clean liquid or gas lines. The body is AISI 316L / 1.4404, featuring a polished exterior and handwheel. Available in 1/2”, 3/4”, and 1” sizes, corresponding to DN15, DN20, and DN25.
The 658055 is selected for piping with flanged connections Class 150, primarily in process skids, utility lines, low-flow bypass, sampling, and instrument lines. The needle geometry allows gradual opening changes but is not intended for rapid on/off operation or automated PID control.
Suitable media include clean liquids and gases compatible with 316L, FKM, and PTFE. Not suitable for slurries, suspended solids, or viscous products.
The 658055 version pertains to Class 150 flanges per EN 1759-1. It should not directly replace EN 1092-1 PN versions without checking drilling, face-to-face, gasket, bolts, and piping class.
