Condensate Collector / Steam Distributor ARI CODI B 675
The ARI CODI B Fig. 675 is a vertical manifold designed for condensate collection or steam distribution, featuring integrated isolation valves and metal bellows shaft sealing. This construction is selected for enhanced atmospheric sealing and reduced maintenance needs at multiple connection points.

Connections and Standards
Primary connections are located at the top and bottom, while secondary connections are on the left and right. Available with flanges EN 1092-1, thread Rp per EN 10226-1 or NPT per ANSI B1.20.1, socket weld per EN 12760, and butt weld preparation per EN ISO 9692.
Operation in Steam Networks
As a steam distributor, the inlet is placed at the top flange and a steam trap is installed at the bottom outlet. As a condensate collector, the outlet is from the top flange, with a drain valve at the bottom. In vertical installations, a siphon pipe is recommended for uniform temperature and to limit water hammer in condensate return.
Type Selection
The standard version includes an isolation plug for on/off operation. For throttling steam or condensate flow, a throttling plug is required; isolation valves are not used for regulation. Functional parts can be replaced on-site without removing the manifold from the piping.
FAQ
When is CODI B preferred over CODI S?
In applications where shaft sealing and reduced maintenance are more critical than simple packing gland sealing.
Suitable Media?
Steam, condensate, water, and compatible thermal fluids, subject to material and process condition verification.
