The YTC YT-2300L is a smart electro-pneumatic positioner for linear control valves with single or double acting pneumatic actuators. It accepts a 4–20 mA DC signal from a controller, PLC, or DCS and modulates output air pressure to ensure valve stroke follows the setpoint. The integrated microprocessor supports auto calibration, PID control, alarm functions, and optional HART.
YT-2300L supports linear, equal percentage, quick open, or custom 16-point characterization. Split range 4–12 mA or 12–20 mA, tight shut-open / tight shut-close, and local PID tuning are available for optimizing control loops with stem friction, Δp variations, or small actuator volumes.
Used on control valves for steam, condensate, hot water, chilled water, instrument air, and process utility lines. Typical installations include heat exchangers, bypass lines, manifolds, HVAC units, and flow, pressure, or temperature control loops.
Available in single acting / double acting versions, PT or NPT connections, HART option, feedback transmitter, and certified Ex ia IIC T6/T5 version. Requires clean, dry, oil-free instrument air with filter-regulator upstream.
When to select YT-2300L vs YT-2300R?
YT-2300L is for linear stroke 10–150 mm. YT-2300R is for rotary valves 0–90°.
