STEVI-POS P20 – Digital Electro-Pneumatic Positioner
The ARI-STEVI-POS P20 is an I/P positioner for single-acting pneumatic linear or rotary actuators. It converts a 4–20 mA control signal into valve position, regulating actuator pressure via a pneumatic module. Actual position is detected by a non-contact Hall effect sensor, minimizing mechanical feedback wear.

- Linear actuator stroke: 10–120 mm
- Rotary actuator angle: 25°–100°
- Instrument air pressure: 1.4–7 bar
- Air connection: G1/4, optional 1/4-18 NPT
- Ambient temperature: -20 to +80 °C

Applications

Control Functions
Deadband can be set automatically or manually to 0.5%, 1%, or 3%. The tight-closing function fully vents the actuator when the setpoint exceeds limits, increasing closing force. Final shutoff depends on valve, actuator, and Δp conditions.

The valve is vented, following the fail-safe action of the single-acting actuator.

Any orientation is permitted, except air connections and silencers must not face upward.
