STEVI-POS P20 – ψηφιακός ηλεκτροπνευματικός ρυθμιστής θέσης
Ο ARI-STEVI-POS P20 είναι I/P positioner για μονής ενέργειας πνευματικούς γραμμικούς ή περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Μετατρέπει σήμα ελέγχου 4–20 mA σε θέση βαλβίδας και ρυθμίζει την πίεση στον ενεργοποιητή μέσω πνευματικής μονάδας. Η πραγματική θέση ανιχνεύεται με μαγνητικό αισθητήρα Hall χωρίς επαφή, περιορίζοντας φθορές μηχανικής ανάδρασης.

- Διαδρομή γραμμικού ενεργοποιητή: 10–120 mm
- Γωνία περιστροφικού ενεργοποιητή: 25°–100°
- Πίεση αέρα οργάνων: 1,4–7 bar

Χρησιμοποιείται σε βαλβίδες ελέγχου για:
- ατμό, συμπύκνωμα και θερμικά κυκλώματα
- νερό ψύξης, ζεστό νερό, HVAC
- διεργασίες χημικών και βιομηχανικών βοηθητικών δικτύων
- modulation σε εναλλάκτες, δοχεία, γραμμές bypass και control loops
Λειτουργίες ρύθμισης
Η νεκρή ζώνη μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί αυτόματα ή χειροκίνητα σε 0,5%, 1% ή 3%. Η λειτουργία tight-closing εξαερώνει πλήρως τον ενεργοποιητή όταν το setpoint περάσει τα όρια, ώστε να αυξηθεί η δύναμη κλεισίματος. Η τελική στεγανότητα εξαρτάται από τη βαλβίδα, τον ενεργοποιητή και τις συνθήκες Δp.

Η βαλβίδα εξαερώνεται, σύμφωνα με τη διάταξη αστοχίας του μονής ενέργειας ενεργοποιητή.
Πού πρέπει να τοποθετείται;
Επιτρέπεται οποιαδήποτε θέση, με περιορισμό να μην κοιτούν προς τα πάνω οι συνδέσεις αέρα και οι σιγαστήρες.
