Fival NY PN100 – Gauge Glass Isolation Cocks for Level Indicators

Fival NY PN100 are upper and lower isolation cocks designed for gauge glass assemblies on steam boilers and pressure vessels. These valves enable isolation of the level column, safe draining of the gauge glass, and controlled intervention for glass, gasket, or packing replacement. The product specification lists a pressure class up to 100 bar.

Construction

The technical drawing includes upper cock and lower cock, handwheels, valve body, gland packing, sealing rings, and a dedicated drain cock. The assembly is intended for direct connection to level indicators and controlled isolation from the vessel.

• Body: A105N (carbon steel) or F316L (stainless steel)
• Bolts: B7 (alloy steel) or B8 (stainless steel)
• Nuts: 2H or Gr.8
• Rings: A316
• Sealing: graphite and asbestos-free gaskets

Process Connections

Available with flanges to UNI/DIN PN10–16–25–40, ANSI 150RF / 300RF / 600RF-RJ / 900–1500RF-RJ, threaded NPT/BSP (male/female), and socket weld options.

Applications

Suitable for gauge glass installations on steam boilers, condensate tanks, feedwater tanks, and pressure vessels requiring local level indication with isolation and drain capability.

Maintenance

Inspection focuses on gland leakage, graphite/PTFE ring wear, drain cock condition, and handwheel operation. Optional safety ball arrangement is available for glass breakage scenarios.
