Zubi T300 Through Conduit Knife Gate Valve

The Zubi T300 Through Conduit is a wafer-type knife gate valve with a two-piece cast body, full bore flow, and double seat. The through-conduit design is intended for isolation in high-viscosity fluids where solid accumulation at the seat must be minimized. The double seat allows for tight isolation in both normal and reverse flow directions.

Applications

Suitable for:

  • high-consistency pulp,
  • slurry and liquor,
  • granular or solids-laden fluids,
  • wastewater, chemical circuits, and general industrial use.

Not selected as a standard throttling valve. For throttling applications, specialized control is required, e.g., with regulation V-ports where applicable.

Actuation and Accessories

Available with handwheel, lever, gearbox, chain wheel, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuator. For pneumatic cylinder, 5–6 bar air is recommended, dry, filtered, and lubricated. Optional: limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoid valves, positioner 4–20 mA, locking devices, bonnet, cleaning holes, and stem extension.

Maintenance

The valve can be installed in any position, but in horizontal or inclined installations, large actuators require support. After line pressure, the gland is checked; it is tightened crosswise only as needed to stop leakage, as over-tightening increases operating force and reduces packing life.
