Zubi T300 Short Slurry Knife Gate Valve

The Zubi T300 Short is a slurry knife gate valve with bi-directional sealing, featuring a split cast body in two parts and a short face-to-face as per manufacturer standard. The design includes two rubber sleeves that shield the body from direct contact with abrasive media and allow sleeve replacement as a key maintenance point.

Application Field

Suitable for lines with high solid content and abrasion, such as:

• slurry and pulps with high solid concentration,

• power plants,
• discharge, isolation, or flow interruption circuits in abrasive media.

Materials and Sealing

Body available in GJL250/GG25, A216 WCB, CF8, CF8M, 654SMO, SAF2505, SAF2507, and 904L. The knife is stainless, polished on both sides to minimize wear on sleeve and packing. Sleeves: Natural Rubber, EPDM, NBR, or Viton. Packing: Synt+PTFE, PTFE, or graphite depending on temperature, chemical compatibility, and leakage requirements.

Actuation and Options

Available with handwheel, gearbox, chain wheel, double-acting pneumatic cylinder, electric or hydraulic actuator. Optional limit switches, inductive switches, solenoid valves, positioners, and stem extensions. In dusty environments, a protective stem bellow can be used.
