Adler FT4 Three-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket

The Adler FT4 is a full bore, wafer-type, three-way ball valve with 90° rotation and integrated heating jacket. Designed for heated process lines requiring flow diversion or selection between three branches, the heating jacket prevents product solidification or viscosity increase within the valve body.

Operation and Applications

FT4 is selected for three-way flow arrangements where face-to-face length is limited. The heating jacket is used for resins, waxes, oils, bitumen, polymers, and chemicals prone to increased viscosity or crystallization at lower temperatures.

Complies with PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, ISO 15848, fire-safe ISO 10497, antistatic design, and SIL 3 capable for automated valves. Available with stem extension, pneumatic or electric actuator, manual gearbox, and positioner.
