3-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket 4G Ghidini 300127C

Three-way T-port ball valve with 4 seats, integrated heating jacket, and DIN 11851 male/male/male connections. Designed for flow diversion, mixing, or bypass in process lines where thermal maintenance of the medium inside the valve body is required.

T-Port Operation

The T-pattern ball enables communication between three branches depending on lever position. In industrial process lines, it is used for bypass, recirculation, tank selection, or mixing two streams to a common outlet. Not recommended for continuous throttling without flow velocity, pressure drop, and seat wear assessment.

Sealing and Thermal Use

Configuration includes 4 PTFE ball seats, 3 PTFE sleeve seals, double PTFE stem seal, and FKM stem O-ring. The heating jacket is specified for syrups, fats, waxes, resins, chocolate, and chemicals prone to crystallization or viscosity increase at lower temperatures.
