Valvosider Bolted Bonnet Gate Valve per ASME

The Valvosider bolted bonnet ASME gate valve is designed for flow isolation in steam, thermal oil, gases, hydrocarbons, and industrial process fluids. It functions as an on/off valve and is not intended for throttling, as partial opening can cause erosion to seats and wedge.

Stem sealing with graphite rings & wiper rings. Gasket options include reinforced graphite or spiral wound graphite/RTJ depending on class.

Operation Options

Available with top flange ISO 5210, gear reducer, chain wheel, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator, position indicator, limit switches, locking/interlock, stem extension, lantern ring, extended stuffing box, live-loaded packing, drain plug, and by-pass. Gear reducer recommended from 16" Class 150, 12" Class 300, 8" Class 600, 6" Class 900/1500, and 4" Class 2500.

FAQ

Bolted bonnet or bellow seal?
Bolted bonnet for standard sealing with packing. Bellow seal when stem leakage must be significantly minimized.

RF, RTJ, or BW?
RF for standard flanged lines, RTJ for higher pressure classes, BW for welded process lines.
