Genebre 2852 Float – Stainless Steel AISI 316
The Genebre 2852 is a float component designed for Genebre float valves 2856 and 2856N. It is not a standalone valve; it serves as the buoyancy element that transmits level changes to the float valve lever. The technical datasheet specifies AISI 316 polished stainless steel, suitable for continuous immersion in process liquids. This material selection ensures compatibility with potable water, process water, and various industrial fluids, subject to AISI 316 corrosion resistance.

Float Valve Compatibility
Float diameter selection is determined by the valve type. According to the datasheet: 2856 03 uses Ø90 mm, 2856 05–07 use Ø160 mm, 2856 08–10 use Ø200 mm, 2856 11 uses Ø320 mm, and 2856 12 uses Ø400 mm. Float size affects available buoyancy and closing force at the silicone seat.
