The ESV 80 F/G is a mechanical float-operated level control valve designed for tank filling and local level regulation in industrial fluid systems. Adjustment is achieved by repositioning the float on the lever arm or via a level adjustment mechanism. No electrical actuator is required. The F/G variant features a flanged inlet and a male threaded outlet.
Applicable for water, aggressive liquids, air, and gases. For chemical or treated water, compatibility with FPM and stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 must be verified.
The F/G version is selected when the supply line requires a flanged connection, but the outlet to the tank or piping can be threaded. Compared to F/F, it offers reduced weight for the same diameters. Compared to G/G, it is limited to DN 40–DN 80 and retains a flanged inlet.
The seat can be replaced without valve disassembly. Selection should consider available pressure, required flow, pipe diameter, media density, float movement clearance, and potential for seat fouling.
Is electrical signal required?
No. Operation is mechanical via float movement.

ESV F/G
Float valves of this series are ideal for filling medium to large storage tanks or for level control. A desired liquid level can be precisely adjusted by moving the float. The valves have a high flow rate and are particularly suitable for aggressive waters and other aggressive liquids. ESV valves are also suitable for use as pipeline valves.
