Zubi T115-99AR – Ball Type Threaded Check Valve

The Zubi T115-99AR is a unidirectional ball check valve with internal threads, available in BSP or NPT configurations. The ball is actuated by differential flow pressure and returns to the seat when flow decreases or reverses. No actuator is required for operation.

Ball and Sealing

The ball rotates during operation, minimizing deposit build-up on the sealing surface. For DN25–DN65, the ball is resin-based. For DN80, the ball is aluminum with NBR coating. Resin balls cannot be rubber-coated.

Applications

Suitable for water, wastewater, low solids-content liquids, and air, provided the media is compatible with GGG50, NBR, and the selected ball material. Full bore design and absence of dead zones reduce risk of solids accumulation in small-diameter drainage, auxiliary networks, and pump installations.

Installation

Flow direction is indicated on the body. Installation is possible in horizontal, vertical, or inclined pipelines, depending on body configuration. The removable cover allows access to the ball for inspection or cleaning without disturbing pipework.
