Το Eurotec MSH-EPV είναι mounting kit με πλαστική πλάκα για εγκατάσταση double sensors σε χειροκίνητες βαλβίδες. Χρησιμοποιείται όταν μια χειροκίνητη βαλβίδα πρέπει να δίνει σήμα θέσης open / close σε PLC, DCS ή τοπικό πίνακα, χωρίς να τοποθετηθεί πνευματικός ή ηλεκτρικός ενεργοποιητής.
Λειτουργικός ρόλος
Το MSH-EPV δεν αυτοματοποιεί τη βαλβίδα και δεν μεταδίδει ροπή. Η λειτουργία του είναι η μηχανική στήριξη αισθητήρων θέσης επάνω σε χειροκίνητη βαλβίδα.
Η εφαρμογή του είναι χρήσιμη σε γραμμές όπου απαιτείται επιτήρηση θέσης, π.χ.:
- χειροκίνητες βαλβίδες απομόνωσης,
- bypass γραμμές,
- βοηθητικά δίκτυα νερού ή αέρα,
- χημικές παροχές,
- σημεία όπου πρέπει να ανιχνεύεται μη εξουσιοδοτημένος χειρισμός ή λάθος θέση βαλβίδας.
Τεχνική χρήση
Το kit δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η συμβατότητα με νερό, αέρα, ατμό, χημικά ή άλλα μέσα καθορίζεται από τη βαλβίδα και τα υλικά της. Το MSH-EPV αξιολογείται από τη μηχανική γεωμετρία της χειροκίνητης βαλβίδας, τον τύπο double sensor, τον διαθέσιμο χώρο τοποθέτησης και την απαίτηση σήματος προς το σύστημα ελέγχου.
Επιλογή και εγκατάσταση
Κατά την επιλογή ελέγχονται:
- τύπος χειροκίνητης βαλβίδας,
- θέση και γεωμετρία χειριστηρίου,
- τύπος double sensor,
- ευθυγράμμιση αισθητήρα με τον άξονα ένδειξης,
- απαίτηση για Ex αισθητήρα ή Ex switch box,
- πρόσβαση για συντήρηση και έλεγχο.
Πιστοποιήσεις
Η Eurotec αναφέρει πιστοποίηση DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 και ISO/IEC 80079-34 για παραγωγή εξοπλισμού που προορίζεται για χρήση σε εκρηκτικές ατμόσφαιρες. Η Ex καταλληλότητα του τελικού συγκροτήματος εξαρτάται από τον αισθητήρα, την καλωδίωση, τους καλωδιοστυπτές και την εγκατάσταση.
