Αντάπτορες Eurotec VDI/VDE – WV
Οι Eurotec WV είναι προεκτάσεις άξονα για πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές με διεπαφή VDI/VDE 3845. Χρησιμοποιούνται όταν το ύψος του άξονα του actuator δεν επαρκεί για σωστή σύζευξη με limit switch box, double sensor, puck ή οπτική ένδειξη θέσης.
Εκδόσεις
- SI-WV10: προέκταση άξονα από πολυπροπυλένιο, μήκος 10 mm.
- Ανοξείδωτη έκδοση: AISI 303 / 1.4305, μήκος 16 mm.
Λειτουργικός ρόλος
Ο WV δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η λειτουργία του είναι μηχανική: μεταφέρει την περιστροφική κίνηση του άξονα του πνευματικού ενεργοποιητή προς τη συσκευή ένδειξης ή ανάδρασης θέσης.
Η σωστή επιλογή προέκτασης περιορίζει:
- αξονική πίεση στον άξονα του switch box,
- πλευρικό φορτίο λόγω κακής ευθυγράμμισης,
- ατελή ενεργοποίηση limit switches,
- μηχανικό τζόγο στο σήμα open / close.
Χρήση με μπρακέτα και αισθητήρες
Οι WV χρησιμοποιούνται μαζί με τα κατάλληλα μπρακέτα VDI/VDE, όταν το ύψος άξονα του actuator δεν αντιστοιχεί στο απαιτούμενο ύψος της συσκευής feedback. Σε εγκαταστάσεις με διαφορετικά μεγέθη actuator βοηθούν στην προσαρμογή της ίδιας οικογένειας switch boxes ή αισθητήρων χωρίς αλλαγή συνολικής διάταξης.
Εφαρμογές
Χρήση σε αυτοματοποιημένες σφαιρικές βαλβίδες, βαλβίδες πεταλούδας και plug valves με πνευματικούς ενεργοποιητές rack & pinion ή scotch yoke. Τα σήματα θέσης οδηγούνται συνήθως σε PLC, DCS, πίνακα αυτοματισμού ή τοπική ένδειξη.

Όταν ο άξονας του actuator είναι χαμηλότερος από το απαιτούμενο ύψος σύζευξης του switch box ή του αισθητήρα.

Ευθυγράμμιση άξονα, μηχανικός τζόγος, φθορά προέκτασης, σωστή σύσφιξη, ενεργοποίηση τελικών επαφών και σταθερή ένδειξη open / close.
