Αντάπτορες Eurotec ARE
Οι Eurotec ARE είναι αντάπτορες / coupling blanks για σύνδεση περιστροφικού ενεργοποιητή με άξονα βαλβίδας. Χρησιμοποιούνται όταν ο actuator δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί απευθείας στη βαλβίδα λόγω διαφορετικής γεωμετρίας άξονα, ύψους ή διαμόρφωσης drive. Η πλευρά προς τον ενεργοποιητή κατεργάζεται σύμφωνα με το actuator, ενώ η πλευρά προς τη βαλβίδα παραμένει ακατέργαστη ή ημι-κατεργασμένη για τελική κατεργασία ανά shaft.
Ρόλος στην εγκατάσταση
Ο ARE τοποθετείται μεταξύ εξόδου ενεργοποιητή και στελέχους βαλβίδας. Δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η λειτουργία του είναι καθαρά μηχανική: μεταφορά ροπής και αντιστάθμιση διαφορετικών διαστάσεων σύνδεσης.
Χρησιμοποιείται σε συγκροτήματα με:
- σφαιρικές βαλβίδες,
- βαλβίδες πεταλούδας,
- plug valves,
- πνευματικούς ή ηλεκτρικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές,
- εφαρμογές retrofit όπου η υπάρχουσα βαλβίδα δεν έχει τυποποιημένο drive.
Σημεία επιλογής
Η επιλογή του ARE γίνεται από τα datasheets βαλβίδας και ενεργοποιητή. Η Eurotec αναφέρει ότι απαιτούνται στοιχεία για τη βαλβίδα, τον actuator, το μέγεθος και το DN ώστε να σχεδιαστούν τα κατάλληλα mounting parts.
Ελέγχονται:
- τύπος άξονα βαλβίδας: καρέ, keyed, double-D ή ειδική κατεργασία,
- διάσταση εξόδου actuator,
- απαιτούμενη ροπή,
- ύψος σύζευξης,
- φλάντζες ISO 5211,
- ανοχές και ευθυγράμμιση.
Τεχνική παρατήρηση
Λανθασμένη κατεργασία coupling μπορεί να προκαλέσει έκκεντρο φορτίο, αυξημένη ροπή λειτουργίας, φθορά στο stem packing ή ατελές κλείσιμο της βαλβίδας. Για αυτό ο ARE πρέπει να επιλέγεται μαζί με τα αντίστοιχα μπρακέτα ή mounting kit.
