Φίλτρα Cartridge Blu Zac FCAR

Τα Blu Zac FCAR είναι μόνιμα φίλτρα cartridge για ευθύγραμμη ή γωνιακή διάταξη σωλήνωσης. Χρησιμοποιούνται σε γραμμές νερού, θαλασσινού νερού, πετρελαιοειδών, αέρα, αερίων και χημικών προϊόντων, εφόσον επιβεβαιωθεί η συμβατότητα υλικών και cartridge με το ρευστό.

Κατασκευή και λειτουργία

Το φίλτρο έχει κυλινδρικό σώμα με φλάντζες κάθετα στο στοιχείο φιλτραρίσματος. Ο standard εξοπλισμός περιλαμβάνει coalescing cartridge από χάλυβα ή fiberglass, με ικανότητα συγκράτησης σωματιδίων περίπου 3 micron / 0,003 mm. Η ανοικτή επιφάνεια φιλτραρίσματος αναφέρεται πάνω από 300% της διατομής εισόδου.

Υλικά και στεγανοποίηση

Τα βασικά υλικά σώματος είναι ASTM A106 Gr.B, ASTM A333 Gr.6, ASTM A312 TP304 και ASTM A312 TP316. Οι φλάντζες αντιστοιχούν σε ASTM A105, A350 LF2, A182 F304 ή A182 F316. Το cartridge είναι AISI 316 και fiberglass. Το παρέμβυσμα είναι spiral wound με graphite, W-316, IR-316 και OR-CS.

Επιλογή και συντήρηση

Η επιλογή γίνεται με βάση παροχή, επιτρεπόμενη Δp, μέγεθος σωματιδίων, υλικό σώματος, class σύνδεσης και πρόσβαση στο κάλυμμα. Η συντήρηση προβλέπεται ετήσια ή όταν η πτώση πίεσης υπερβεί την αναμενόμενη τιμή· συνιστάται μηνιαίος έλεγχος, απομόνωση γραμμής, αφαίρεση cartridge, καθαρισμός σώματος, αντικατάσταση παρεμβύσματος και έλεγχος διαρροών στην επανεκκίνηση.

Περιγραφή

Permanent filter, straight line or right angle, suitable for filtering fluids in either the liquid state (water, seawater, petroleum and its derivatives) or the gaseous state (gas, air, chemical products) through a perforated plate filter element placed perpendicular to the direction of flow.

Comprising a cylindrical body with connecting flanges arranged perpendicularly to the filters elements, it ensures a large surface area for flow and thus offers a high filtration capacity with a low loss of capacity even at high speeds.

The standard equipment includes a series of coalescing cartridge filters made of steel or fiberglass, capable of retaining extremely small particles of approximately three microns or 0.003mm.

The standard equipment includes a screen suitable for high pressures, which is easy to maintain and replace and capable of filtration of more than 300% of the inlet area.
