Η Eurotec Flex Box EFX είναι κουτί ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Ο άξονας της μονάδας συνδέεται μηχανικά με τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι εσωτερικοί έκκεντροι ενεργοποιούν τους διακόπτες θέσης για σήμα προς PLC, DCS ή πίνακα αυτοματισμού.
Η Flex Box μπορεί να δεχθεί μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες, επαγωγικούς αισθητήρες V3, slot sensors, κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες, διπλό αισθητήρα, ποτενσιόμετρο, pneumatic feedback ή έξοδο 4–20 mA, ανάλογα με το part number. Η σύγκριση Eurotec αναφέρει έως 6 feedback σημεία και έως 4 εισόδους καλωδίων.
Η μονάδα δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας, άρα δεν επιλέγεται με PN ή Class. Η επιλογή γίνεται από τύπο αισθητήρα, τάση, είδος σήματος, αριθμό feedback, καλωδίωση, θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος και συμβατότητα ενεργοποιητή.
Η σειρά flex EFX περιλαμβάνεται στη δήλωση συμμόρφωσης για EU 2023/1230, RoHS, EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU και EN 60947-5-2. Για λειτουργική ασφάλεια έχει αξιολόγηση FMEDA κατά IEC 61508. Οι στεγανοποιήσεις πρέπει να αντικαθίστανται όταν φθαρούν, το αργότερο ανά 5 έτη.

For use in safety-relevant systems and processes, we have carried out an FMEDA for our limit switch boxes and solenoid valves in collaboration with exida and classified our products into the corresponding SIL levels. Our products meet the criteria from SIL 1 to SIL 3.
