Η Eurotec i-box είναι συμπαγές κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών για ανατροφοδότηση θέσης σε πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Προορίζεται για μικρούς ενεργοποιητές και σημεία με περιορισμένο διαθέσιμο χώρο, με απευθείας τοποθέτηση σε διάτρηση 80×30 mm και ύψος άξονα 20 ή 30 mm, χωρίς ενδιάμεση γέφυρα στήριξης.
Η i-box διατίθεται με μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες ή επαγωγικούς αισθητήρες. Οι μηχανικές εκδόσεις χρησιμοποιούν έως 2 SPDT επαφές NO/NC, με επιλογές silver ή gold contacts, ανάλογα με ρεύμα φορτίου και τύπο εισόδου PLC. Τυπικές ηλεκτρικές περιοχές είναι 12–250 V AC/DC, 0,1–10 A για silver contacts και 5–250 V AC/DC, 0,01–0,1 A για gold contacts.
Για επαγωγική ανατροφοδότηση υπάρχουν εκδόσεις 2-wire και 3-wire, συνήθως στα 10–30 V DC ή 5–60 V DC, ανάλογα με τον αισθητήρα IFM, Pepperl+Fuchs ή Turck.
Η μονάδα δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας, επομένως δεν επιλέγεται από PN ή Class βάνας. Η επιλογή γίνεται από τύπο αισθητήρα, τάση, είσοδο PLC, χώρο εγκατάστασης, καλωδίωση και συμβατότητα άξονα ενεργοποιητή.
Η σειρά i-box IP / IV περιλαμβάνεται στη δήλωση συμμόρφωσης για EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU, RoHS και EN IEC 60947-5-2. Για εφαρμογές λειτουργικής ασφάλειας αναφέρεται FMEDA κατά IEC 61508.

The i-box is the smallest plastic limit switch box in our range.
