B-Safety BR 083 095 / V PremiumLine – Adjustable Ceiling-Mounted Body Safety Shower

Ceiling-mounted body safety shower for recessed installation, ¾" male water inlet. The “V” version supports variable installation geometry: adjustable head clearance 425–1225 mm, pull rod length 860–1660 mm. The lower edge of the shower head is designed for installation at 2200 mm ±100 mm from finished floor level.

Hydraulic Operation

Nominal flow rate is 50 l/min at 1.5–3 bar dynamic pressure. “Variable” refers to installation geometry, not user-adjustable flow. Flow rate is determined by product variant and integrated automatic regulator.

  • BR 083 095 / V: 50 l/min, hazard class I
  • BR 083 095 / V75L: 75 l/min / 20 GPM, hazard class II
  • BR 083 095 / V110L: 110 l/min, hazard class III

Complies with EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-5:2019, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, EN 1717, DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0417CL0263. Signage: PVC 150 × 150 mm per EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3, 15 m recognition distance.

Applications

Suitable for chemical laboratories, hazardous liquid processing, paint shops, container filling areas, surface treatment, and locations with ceiling water supply or where height adjustment is required due to false ceilings or structural constraints.

Product description

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.

The integrated automatic flow regulator ensures a standard-compliant spray pattern regardless of the water pressure on site. With the enclosed safety sign according to EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3, the B-SAFETY emergency shower is marked and visibility is improved. The viewing distance is 15 meters.
