B-Safety BR 084 085 / V ClassicLine

Adjustable emergency body shower for installation above doorways, featuring exposed piping and variable total width from 285 to 1535 mm. The “V” version refers to adaptation of installation geometry; it does not provide manual flow adjustment during operation.

Construction

Piping, arm, and wall flange are AISI 304 stainless steel with green chemically resistant coating. Pull rod is AISI 201. Ball valve is DZR brass CW724R, installable on either side of the door. Shower head is POM, self-draining, with integrated flow regulator.

• BR 084 085 / V: 50 l/min, hazard class I
• BR 084 085 / V75L: 75 l/min / 20 GPM, hazard class II
• BR 084 085 / V110L: 110 l/min, hazard class III

Selection is based on chemical hazard assessment, available network flow, line pressure drop, and shower location relative to escape routes.
