Combined hydraulic control valve for pressure reducing, upstream pressure sustaining, and solenoid-actuated shutoff. Performs three functions: maintains constant downstream pressure, protects minimum upstream pressure, and enables remote tight shutoff via solenoid override.
Operation
The reducing pilot regulates downstream setpoint. The sustaining pilot limits valve opening if upstream pressure drops to its setpoint. When the solenoid is energized, the main valve closes drip-tight. Hydraulic actuation; electrical input only required for solenoid function.
