Typical Applications

Suitable for high-pressure steam, boiler feedwater, condensate, thermal fluids, and compatible process liquids or gases. Selection of class, body material, and trim should be based on pressure-temperature rating, corrosion resistance, and minimum opening flow.

FAQ

When is Y-pattern selected? Used where pressure seal lift check with angled flow and bonnet access is required.
Is an actuator needed? No. Operation is automatic via flow and spring return.
