Hafner 22 mm Manifolds for 3/2 Valves

Hafner 22 mm manifolds are designed for group installation of MH 3/2, MOH 3/2, and P 3/2 pneumatic valves in control panels. The common base distributes supply and exhaust lines, while the outlet to the actuator remains on the valve, depending on the series configuration.

Manifold Versions

  • R 01 to R 16: For direct acting MH 3__ valves. Supply port G 1/8”. Available with 1 to 16 stations.
  • R 302–312 703: For MH 310 703 / MOH 310 703. Supply and exhaust G 3/8”. 2 to 12 stations.
  • R 302 / 304 121 G: For MH / MOH / P 3__ 121 G. Supply and exhaust G 1/2”. 2 or 4 stations.

Modular G-series

For flexible configurations, modular elements are available:

  • R 3 503 G: For 501 G valves. End plates and individual positions. Ports G 1/4”.
  • R 3 703 G: For 701 G valves. Ports G 3/8”.
  • R 3 103 G: For 101 G valves. Ports G 1/2”.
  • BS 503 / BS 703: Separation plug for dual pressure zones within a single manifold.

Selection Criteria

Selection is based on:

  • Valve type: MH, MOH, or P
  • Number of valve stations
  • Common or separated pressure zones
  • Supply thread: G 1/8”, G 3/8”, or G 1/2”
  • Total instantaneous air consumption
  • Access to exhaust ports and silencers

Operational Considerations

Typical applications include pneumatic automation, process control, and machine building. Suitable for filtered, dry compressed air. Operating pressure and temperature ranges depend on valve and manifold series. Ensure compatibility with media and actuator type (manual, pneumatic, or solenoid). Sealing options and certifications available per application.

Maintenance

Inspect base seals, tightening screws, blanking plates (BP 3), and check for leaks in common lines. Monitor pressure drop during simultaneous valve operation. Use only dry, filtered compressed air to maintain system integrity.
