Hafner 16 mm Air Manifolds for 3/2 Valves

The Hafner RD series 16 mm manifolds are designed for grouped mounting of MD16 3/2 pneumatic valves in control panels. The common base reduces individual supply and exhaust lines, enabling a more organized layout in circuits with multiple pneumatic signals or compact actuators.

• MD 310 304 / MOD 310 304
• MD 310 404 / MOD 310 404

Available station counts: 2 to 12 for selected series, up to 16 stations for other variants.

Connections and Outlets

Depending on the manifold type, supply and exhaust ports are G 1/8” or G 1/4”. Consumer outlets may be M5, Ø4, Ø6, or integrated into the valve, depending on the RD version.

Standard Variants

• RD 302–312 104: G 1/8” supply, M5 outlet, M3 exhaust
• RD 302–312 144: G 1/8” supply, Ø4 outlet, M3 exhaust
• RD 302–316 344: G 1/8” supply, Ø4 outlet, G 1/8” exhaust
• RD 302–316 464: G 1/4” supply, Ø6 outlet, G 1/4” exhaust

Blanking Plates

Unused stations require BP 3 blanking plates, selected per manifold type to maintain supply and exhaust sealing integrity.

Selection Criteria

Manifold selection is based on valve count, MD16 type, connection size, consumer tube diameter, and simultaneous air consumption. Maintenance involves checking seals, clamping screws, blanking plates, exhausts, and monitoring pressure drop during multiple valve operation.
