Συλλέκτες Hafner 22 mm για βαλβίδες 3/2

Οι συλλέκτες Hafner 22 mm χρησιμοποιούνται για ομαδική εγκατάσταση βαλβίδων MH 3/2, MOH 3/2 και P 3/2 σε πνευματικά panels. Η κοινή βάση διανέμει την τροφοδοσία και την εξαγωγή, ενώ η έξοδος προς τον καταναλωτή παραμένει στη βαλβίδα, ανάλογα με τη σειρά.

Εκδόσεις συλλεκτών

  • R 01 έως R 16: συλλέκτες για direct acting βαλβίδες MH 3__, με θύρα τροφοδοσίας G 1/8” και 1 έως 16 θέσεις.
  • R 302–312 703: για MH 310 703 / MOH 310 703, με τροφοδοσία G 3/8”, εξαγωγή G 3/8” και 2 έως 12 θέσεις.
  • R 302 / 304 121 G: για MH / MOH / P 3__ 121 G, με τροφοδοσία και εξαγωγή G 1/2”, σε 2 ή 4 θέσεις.

Modular G-series

Για μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία υπάρχουν modular στοιχεία:

  • R 3 503 G: για 501 G, με end plates και individual positions, θύρες G 1/4”.
  • R 3 703 G: για 701 G, με θύρες G 3/8”.
  • R 3 103 G: για 101 G, με θύρες G 1/2”.
  • BS 503 / BS 703: separation plug για δύο διαφορετικές πιέσεις στον ίδιο συλλέκτη.

Κριτήρια επιλογής

Η επιλογή γίνεται με βάση:

  • τύπο βαλβίδας MH, MOH ή P,
  • αριθμό βαλβιδοθέσεων,
  • κοινή πίεση ή ανάγκη διαχωρισμού πιέσεων,
  • σπείρωμα τροφοδοσίας G 1/8”, G 3/8” ή G 1/2”,
  • συνολική στιγμιαία κατανάλωση αέρα,
  • πρόσβαση σε εξαγωγές και σιγαστήρες.

Συντήρηση

Ελέγχονται στεγανοποιήσεις βάσης, βίδες σύσφιξης, blanking plate BP 3, διαρροές στις κοινές γραμμές και πτώση πίεσης όταν ενεργοποιούνται πολλές βαλβίδες ταυτόχρονα. Για σταθερή λειτουργία απαιτείται ξηρός και φιλτραρισμένος πεπιεσμένος αέρας.
