YT-3301L is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner for linear control valves. The positioner unit and the feedback sensor are physically separated; standard cable length is 5 m, with a maximum of 20 m. This configuration is used where the valve is exposed to high temperatures, vibration, or limited accessibility. The process medium does not contact the positioner; only instrument air is managed.
YT-3301L supports auto calibration, PID control, HART, position output 4–20 mA, selectable characteristics (linear / quick open / equal percentage / user-defined 16-point), and A/M switch for manual override during commissioning or maintenance.
Suitable for control valves in steam, condensate, hot water, chilled water, and auxiliary process networks. Used where the actuator is exposed to elevated temperatures, vibration, or is difficult to access. Compatible with pneumatic actuators; not for direct media contact.
Requires clean, dry, oil-free instrument air. Air quality should comply with ANSI/ISA-57.3 / ISA S7.3. Use a filter-regulator upstream of the positioner.
