The YT-3300L / YT-3350L is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner designed for linear control valves equipped with pneumatic actuators, supporting both single and double acting configurations. It accepts a 4–20 mA DC input signal and modulates actuator air supply to ensure valve travel matches the setpoint. Features include auto calibration, PID control, alarm functions, and optional HART communication.
The YT-3300 features a cast aluminum body with protective coating. The YT-3350 is constructed from Stainless Steel 316, suitable for corrosive environments, frequent washdowns, or outdoor installations. Both models support linear and rotary applications with identical control signals and air supply requirements.
Supported valve characteristics: linear, quick open, equal percentage, and user-defined. Split range (4–12 mA / 12–20 mA), tight shut-close/shut-open, A/M switch, and variable orifice functions address issues such as hunting, stem friction, or differential pressure fluctuations.
Suitable for control valves in steam, condensate, hot water, chilled water, instrument air, and auxiliary process networks. Typical installations include heat exchangers, manifolds, bypass lines, and flow, pressure, or temperature control loops.

When SS316 body is required due to installation environment (corrosive, washdown, or outdoor exposure).
