YT-2501L is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner designed for linear control valves. The main unit and feedback sensor are separated, allowing the electronic/pneumatic assembly to be installed away from high temperatures or vibration at the valve body. Accepts a 4–20 mA DC input signal and modulates supply pressure to the pneumatic actuator according to the required valve stroke.
Sensor operates from -40 to +120 °C; positioner body from -30 to +80 °C. For hazardous areas, Ex ia IIC T6/T5 certification is available, with temperature limits per class.
Supports auto calibration, PD control, local operation via 4 keys, LCD display, feedback signal, HART protocol, and fail freeze or fail safe logic. Output characteristic selectable as linear, equal percentage, quick open, or custom (16 points).
Used on control valves for steam, hot water, chilled water, condensate, and auxiliary process networks where the valve is exposed to thermal stress or mechanical vibration.
