The YT-2600L is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner designed for linear control valves with single or double acting pneumatic actuators. It accepts a 4–20 mA DC input signal and modulates actuator air supply to ensure valve stem position matches the controller setpoint. Integrated microprocessor supports auto-calibration, PID parameterization, alarm functions, and optional HART communication.
Supports linear, quick open, equal percentage and custom 16-point characterization. Split range 4–12 mA / 12–20 mA, tight shut-open / tight shut-close, and variable orifice functions are available for loop stability with small actuators or hunting-prone systems.
Used on control valves for steam, condensate, hot water, chilled water, instrument air, and auxiliary process utilities. Typical installations include heat exchangers, bypass lines, manifolds, and flow, pressure, or temperature control loops.
Available in single or double acting versions, HART, position transmitter PTM, limit switches L/S, and Fail Freeze or Fail Safe actions. Linear version supports lever kits for strokes 10–40, 20–70, 50–100, and 100–150 mm.
When to select YT-2600L vs YT-2600R?
YT-2600L is for linear stroke valves. YT-2600R is for rotary valves (0–90°).
