3-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket 4G Ghidini 303027C

Three-way T-port ball valve with heating jacket, 4-seal configuration, and DIN 11851 male/male/male connections. Model 303027C features an upper flange ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 for pneumatic or electric actuator mounting, in contrast to the manually operated 300xxx series.

T-Port Operation

The T-type ball enables switching, mixing, or bypass between three branches. Final operating position must be indicated on the P&ID, as port communication depends on actuator rotation angle.

Heating Jacket

The jacket is used for media that increase in viscosity, solidify, or crystallize at lower temperatures. Typical applications: syrups, fats, waxes, resins, chocolate, and temperature-sensitive chemicals. Thermal supply should be calculated with pipe insulation and product residence time.

Sealing Options

On request: PTFE with glass up to +170°C, PTFE with carbographite up to +180°C, PTFE with stainless steel up to +200°C, UHMW-PE up to +80°C. Antistatic design ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db and M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 compliance available.
