Carbon Steel (A105, TRIM 5) or Stainless Steel (A 182 F316L, TRIM 12) Body and Bonnet. Bi-directional Valve.
Standard design according to API 602, ASME B16.34.
The valves are CE, ATEX, and NACE certified.
The ICP C800 is a forged steel gate valve for small diameters, designed for flow isolation in high-pressure industrial networks. It is a bidirectional on/off valve, not intended for throttling, as partial opening can wear seats and wedge. Available in sizes 1/2"–2" / DN15–DN50, Class 800.
Design is based on API 602, MSS SP 118, and ASME B16.34. Available connections include NPT per ANSI B1.20.1 and socket weld per ANSI B16.11. Testing follows API 598, pressure testing EN 12266-1, and marking EN 19.
Two main versions are available:
Stem sealing is achieved with flexible graphite + carbon fibre packing. The bonnet gasket is stainless steel with graphite, suitable for thermal cycles in steam and thermal fluids.
Material selection depends on pressure, temperature, corrosion, and fluid compatibility. The manufacturer's P/T chart shows allowable pressure reduction with temperature increase for A105 and F316L, so Class 800 alone is not sufficient.
Typical applications: steam, condensates, thermal oil, compressed air, inert gases, auxiliary process networks, and small-diameter chemical lines.
Product page lists CE, ATEX, and NACE. EN 10204 2.2 certificate indicates compliance with PED 2014/68/EU and ATEX 2014/34/EU, Group II Cat. 2. For Class 800, hydraulic tests include shell 209 barg and seat/backseat 150 or 146 barg, depending on material.
NPT or socket weld?
NPT for detachable connection. Socket weld when welded connection is required for high pressure or thermal cycles.
Is an actuator available?
Basic model features handwheel. Actuator considered only with torque control, stem travel, and mechanical adaptation.
What maintenance is required?
Check packing for stem leakage, flush line before startup, and avoid solids that scratch metal seats.
