Brandoni T15 – Direct Acting Pressure Reducing Valve with Threaded Connection

The Brandoni T15 is a direct acting, piston-operated pressure reducing valve designed for downstream pressure control in water and compressed air systems. Connections are female/female threaded, conforming to ISO 228-1.

• T15B: PN15, 3/8”–3/4”, single gauge port
• T15C: PN25, 1/2”–4”, dual gauge ports
• T15C.2W0: DZR brass, WRAS/DVGW certified, 1/2”–2”

• Body: CW617N brass or DZR brass
• Seat: Brass or AISI 303 stainless steel
• Sealing: NBR; FKM available for larger T15C sizes
• Internal plastics: POM

• Downstream set range T15C: 0.5–6 bar
• Temperature: 0 to 80 °C

Applications

Suitable for hydraulic networks with direct city supply, boiler feeds, water distribution points, small industrial circuits, and compressed air lines. Valve selection should be based on required flow rate, not solely on pipe diameter.

Installation and Maintenance

Valve may be installed horizontally or vertically, observing flow direction. Upstream filtration is recommended to protect seat and internals from particulates. For circuits with boilers or thermal expansion, install downstream expansion vessel and provide protection against hydraulic shock.
