Genebre 2015V Analog V-Port Ball Valve

The Genebre 2015V is a two-piece V-port ball valve constructed from AISI 316 / CF8M stainless steel. Designed for proportional flow control, it features a V-type ball and threaded ends per ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1. Manual lever operation is standard, with direct actuator mounting via ISO 5211 interface.

V-Port Selection

V-port angle determines flow characteristic and control sensitivity. V30 is used for lower Kv and finer control at small openings. V60 is suitable for intermediate flows. V90 provides higher flow at full open. For DN50, typical Kv at 100%: 31.6 (V30), 68.4 (V60), 131.5 (V90).

Installation & Operation

Observe flow direction as indicated on the valve body. Do not use the lever for tightening; apply torque (<30 Nm) to the hex area. Ensure clean piping and install a strainer upstream to prevent seat and ball damage from particulates.

No. This is a control ball valve with V-port for proportional flow regulation.

Description
