Η Eurotec Big-Box είναι κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών για ανατροφοδότηση θέσης βαλβίδων με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Χρησιμοποιείται όταν απαιτείται μεγαλύτερος εσωτερικός χώρος για κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες M30, αισθητήρες ειδικού μήκους ή μηχανικούς διακόπτες θέσης κατά DIN EN 50041.
Το κουτί μεταδίδει ηλεκτρικό σήμα ανοικτής/κλειστής θέσης προς PLC, DCS ή πίνακα αυτοματισμού. Η σύνδεση γίνεται στον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι έκκεντροι ενεργοποιούν τους εσωτερικούς μικροδιακόπτες ή αισθητήρες.
Η έκδοση EAL μπορεί να δεχθεί 1–2 μηχανικούς διακόπτες θέσης, έναν διπλό αισθητήρα ή 1–2 κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες έως Ø30 mm και συνολικό μήκος έως 118 mm. Δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το διεργασιακό ρευστό, επομένως η επιλογή δεν γίνεται με βάση PN/Class, αλλά με βάση περιβάλλον, τύπο σήματος, καλωδίωση και συμβατότητα ενεργοποιητή.
Η δήλωση συμμόρφωσης αναφέρει τις οδηγίες 2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU και RoHS 2015/863, καθώς και τα EN IEC 60947-5-2 και EN IEC 63000. Για εφαρμογές λειτουργικής ασφάλειας υπάρχει αξιολόγηση κατά IEC 61508, με τη Big-Box EAL στη δηλωμένη σειρά.
Είναι κατάλληλη για ζώνες ATEX;
Η EAL προορίζεται για τυπικές εφαρμογές χωρίς εκρήξιμη ατμόσφαιρα.
Πότε επιλέγεται Big-Box αντί μικρότερου κουτιού;
Όταν απαιτούνται M30 αισθητήρες, μεγάλοι διακόπτες DIN EN 50041 ή περισσότερος χώρος καλωδίωσης.
As the name suggests, the big-box is our largest limit switch box. We have to use this aluminum housing when large cylindrical sensors with M30 thread or a special length have to be installed, as well as when you want large mechanical position switches according to DIN EN 50041, such as those manufactured by Schmersal, Siemens or Bernstein.

For use in safety-relevant systems and processes, we have carried out an FMEDA for our limit switch boxes and solenoid valves in collaboration with exida and classified our products into the corresponding SIL levels. Our products meet the criteria from SIL 1 to SIL 3.
