Eurotec Flex Box Ex e ia – κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών

Η Flex Box Ex e ia είναι κουτί ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Ο άξονας του κουτιού συνδέεται θετικά με τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι έκκεντροι ενεργοποιούν τους αισθητήρες θέσης για σήματα open/closed προς PLC, DCS ή SIS.

Αντιεκρηκτική προστασία

Η έκδοση EFX…EIA προορίζεται για Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 και Zone 22, με σήμανση II 2G Ex eb ia IIC T4–T6 Gb και II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80°C–T135°C Db. Η πιστοποίηση αναφέρεται σε EPS 16 ATEX 1 012 X / IECEx EPS 16.0006 X.

Κατασκευή και περιβάλλον

Το σώμα είναι από αλουμίνιο χωρίς χαλκό, με περιεκτικότητα Cu <0,05%, κατάλληλο για εξωτερικά ή διαβρωτικά περιβάλλοντα με αλατούχα ατμόσφαιρα, θειούχα αέρια ή νιτρικό αμμώνιο.

Διακόπτες / αισθητήρες

Η Flex Box Ex e ia μπορεί να εξοπλιστεί με πιστοποιημένους Ex ia αισθητήρες:

1–4 επαγωγικούς proximity sensors V3
1–3 slot sensors
1–2 κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες
1 διπλό αισθητήρα

Οι ηλεκτρικές τιμές εισόδου, όπως Ui, Ii, Pi, Ci και Li, καθορίζονται από τον εγκατεστημένο πιστοποιημένο αισθητήρα και πρέπει να ελέγχονται στην πινακίδα του κουτιού και στο manual του αισθητήρα.

Θερμοκρασία λειτουργίας

Η επιτρεπόμενη θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος εξαρτάται από την κλάση θερμοκρασίας και τη στεγανοποίηση:

T6 / T80°C: έως +40°C
T5 / T95°C: έως +60°C
T4 / T135°C: έως +75°C
κάτω όριο: -55°C ή -25°C, ανά έκδοση

Καλωδίωση και εγκατάσταση

Η σύνδεση γίνεται σε ακροδέκτες 0,5–2,5 mm². Οι τυπικοί καλωδιοστυπιοθλίπτες είναι Ex e M20×1,5, με διαμέτρους καλωδίου 7–13 mm ή 4–13 mm, ανά τύπο. Για εξωτερική εγκατάσταση προβλέπεται στοιχείο αντιστάθμισης πίεσης Ex e για μείωση συμπυκνωμάτων.

Σημεία επιλογής

Η μονάδα δεν καθορίζεται από PN ή Class της βάνας. Η επιλογή γίνεται από ζώνη Ex, τύπο αισθητήρα, θερμοκρασιακή κλάση, καλωδίωση, αριθμό σημάτων και συμβατότητα με ενεργοποιητή κατά VDI/VDE 3845.

FAQ

Πότε επιλέγεται Ex e ia αντί Ex ia;
Όταν απαιτείται συνδυασμός αυξημένης ασφάλειας στο περίβλημα/σύνδεση και ενδογενούς ασφάλειας στο κύκλωμα αισθητήρα.

Μπορεί να ανοίξει σε λειτουργία;
Όχι. Σε ATEX εγκατάσταση δεν πρέπει να ανοίγει κατά τη λειτουργία ή σε υπάρχουσα εκρήξιμη ατμόσφαιρα.
