B-Safety BR 832 195 PremiumLine
Self-draining emergency safety shower and eyewash station, engineered for outdoor industrial environments and hot climates. The piping fills only during activation and drains completely after valve closure, minimizing stagnant water retention and reducing risk of water overheating due to solar exposure.

Operation and Arrangement
Body shower is actuated via a 350 mm wide stainless steel T-type foot pedal with anti-slip surface. The 1” ball valve is positioned near the water inlet; drainage extends to the upper edge of the valve. The spray head is stainless steel, self-draining, and includes integrated flow regulation.
Eyewash station features a ½” stainless steel valve, manual lever with directional indicator, dual spray heads with dust covers, and 14 l/min flow regulator. Eyewash orientation is selectable during installation.
Standards and Options
Complies with EN 15154-1:2006, EN 15154-2:2006, EN 15154-5:2019, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, EN 1717. Approvals: DIN-DVGW/DVGW, GOST-R. Optional accessories: thermostatic mixing (20–43°C), IP65 or EX Zone 1 & 2 flow switch, alarm, frost protection valve, overheating protection valve, collection basin, ANSI/DIN flanges.
Applications
Designed for outdoor chemical plants, tank farms, loading racks, water treatment facilities, and production areas with exposure to elevated ambient temperatures.
Maintenance
Routine checks: flow rate, dynamic pressure, complete drainage, foot pedal and eyewash lever function, valve tightness, spray head cleanliness, and dust cover condition.
