B-Safety BR 071 095 PremiumLine – Safety Shower Arm for Body Applications

Wall-mounted safety shower arm with exposed piping, designed for integration with a separate body activation valve. Suitable for installations requiring visible pipe routing, straightforward inspection, and compatibility with existing emergency water networks. Connection is ¾" female; arm projection is 525 mm.

Materials and Construction

Shower head, piping, and wall flange are manufactured from stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI 316 equivalent) for enhanced corrosion resistance. Flow regulator is POM. The shower head is self-draining to minimize stagnant water between valve and head after operation or testing, reducing microbial risk.

Hydraulic Selection

Integrated automatic flow regulator maintains specified spray pattern within 1.5–3 bar. Flow rates of 50, 75, and 110 l/min correspond to hazard classes I, II, and III per DIN EN 15154-5:2019.

Standards and Accessories

Complies with DIN EN 15154-1:2006, DIN EN 15154-5:2019, ANSI Z358.1-2014, and DIN-DVGW / DVGW NW-0416CL0425. Supplied with DIN EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3 signage (PVC, 150 × 150 mm, 15 m recognition distance). Optional flow switch (IP65), EX zone 1 & 2 version, and 230 V / 50 Hz alarm system available.

Applications

Applicable in chemical laboratories, industrial lines handling hazardous liquids, paint shops, surface treatment facilities, and locations where the shower arm is combined with a separate activation valve. Suitable for water as the process medium; not recommended for aggressive chemicals without further assessment.
