B-Safety BR 864 085 ClassicLine

Wall-mounted emergency safety shower and dual-head hand-held eye wash unit, 45° spray angle. Designed for industrial environments requiring both full-body decontamination and targeted eye irrigation, without a permanent eye wash basin. Wall installation minimizes floor space usage. Water supply connection: ¾” female thread.

Construction and Operation

Piping, flanges, and arm are stainless steel with green chemical-resistant powder coating. The ¾” brass ball valve (dezincification-resistant) is actuated by a 700 mm pull rod. The shower head is self-draining with integrated 50 l/min flow control.

Dual-Head Hand-Held Eye Wash

Hand unit features two 45° heads, ergonomic handle, adjustable activation, and non-self-closing valve. Includes dust covers, rubber protectors, backflow prevention, and wall/bench mounting bracket. 14 l/min flow rate requires higher water supply compared to single-head units.

The B-SAFETY body safety showers of the ClassicLine series are made of high-quality materials and are just as suitable for use in laboratories and research as they are for rough use in industry. B-SAFETY’s green chemical-resistant polyester powder coating has proven itself in many aggressive environments and is resistant to many acids and alkalis.

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.
