B-Safety BR 863 085 ClassicLine

Wall-mounted emergency safety shower and single-head handheld eye/face wash, 45° spray angle. Designed for laboratories, chemical storage, mixing stations, and container filling areas where both full-body and targeted eye/face decontamination are required via flexible head.

Construction and Operation

Piping and flanges: stainless steel AISI 304, green chemical-resistant powder coating. Body valve: DZR brass CW724R, actuated by 700 mm pull rod. Body head: POM, self-draining, integrated 50 l/min flow control.

Handheld eye wash: ergonomic plastic handle, non-self-closing valve, 45° POM/EPDM head, dust covers, backflow protection. Enables local rinsing when contamination is not limited to fixed position.

Product description

The B-SAFETY body safety showers of the ClassicLine series are made of high-quality materials and are just as suitable for use in laboratories and research as they are for rough use in industry. B-SAFETY’s green chemical-resistant polyester powder coating has proven itself in many aggressive environments and is resistant to many acids and alkalis.

The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the specifications of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of calcification and maintenance, and very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, uniform and above all soft water jet is optimized for rinsing off chemicals on the skin.
