B-Safety PremiumLine BR 250 095 – Wall-Mounted Eyewash Station with Dual 45° Spray Heads

The BR 250 095 is a fixed eyewash safety shower from the PremiumLine series, designed for wall installation. It features two stainless steel 45° spray heads and exposed pipework. Intended for permanent installation at laboratory workstations, chemical dosing points, and industrial locations where immediate irrigation of both eyes with potable water is required.

Construction and Operation

Activation is via a stainless steel ½” ball valve and a large PUSH lever, length 130 mm. Integrated flow regulator limits output to 14 l/min to maintain spray geometry within specification across the defined pressure range.

Spray heads are stainless steel, angled at 45°, with plastic spray plates, elastomeric eye protectors, and sealed dust covers. Covers open automatically under water pressure. Large orifices minimize stagnant water and reduce scaling risk.

BR 250 095 is referenced to EN 15154-2:2006, ANSI Z358.1-2014, DIN 1988, EN 1717, and DIN-DVGW NW-0417CL0263. Eyewash signage per EN ISO 7010 / ASR A1.3, adhesive PVC 100 × 100 mm, 10 m recognition distance.

The BR 250 095 PremiumLine is selected where stainless steel, polished construction is required for exposed or demanding environments. The ClassicLine BR 250 085 provides equivalent hydraulic function with alternative material and surface philosophy.

Product description

The eye shower is equipped with two B-SAFETY high-performance spray heads, which not only meet the requirements of EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014, but also ensure that the water is distributed over a large area. This also takes care of the regions around the eyes and eyes can be positioned in the water jet without problems. The restricted, even and, most important of all, soft water jet has been optimized for rinsing chemicals out of the eye.

The correct spray height and a standard-compliant spray pattern are achieved by the integrated flow regulator, regardless of the water pressure applied. The rubber sleeves around the shower head protect the person seeking help from impact injuries. Dust covers on the shower head protect against contamination and open automatically when the eye shower is actuated by the water pressure. The large holes in the shower heads prevent standing water and thus calcification.
