Operation
Activation is achieved by opening the stainless steel swing door, which simultaneously actuates the ¾” AISI 316 ball valve. This mechanism minimizes response time in eye exposure incidents. The phosphorescent OPEN indicator is orange, compliant with DIN 67510.
Materials in Contact with Water
Spray heads, U-distributor, valve, piping, and adapters are constructed from AISI 316. The flow regulator is POM. Flexible hose unions are brass CW617N / CW614N. AISI 316 is selected for wetted parts in environments with frequent washdown, humidity, or chemical exposure.
