B-Safety PremiumLine BR 305 095 – Eye Wash Station with Stainless Steel Bowl and Column

The BR 305 095 is a fixed emergency eye wash station designed for permanent installation in process environments. It features two spray heads, a polished stainless steel bowl, and a vertical stainless steel column. The unit supports water supply connections from either above or below, allowing integration into various piping layouts beyond standard wall-mount configurations.

Construction and Operation

The base consists of a stainless steel plate 200 × 200 mm with four mounting holes. The 1¼” column is constructed from polished stainless steel, supporting both top and bottom hydraulic connections. Activation is via a stainless steel ½” ball valve and a large PUSH plate (240 mm), photoluminescent per DIN 67510. Integrated flow control maintains 14 l/min within the 2.5–5 bar range to ensure compliant spray patterns.

Spray Heads

Spray heads are stainless steel with plastic spray plates, elastomeric protection, and sealed dust covers. Covers open automatically under water pressure. Large orifices minimize stagnant water and scale formation.

Product description

The eye shower is equipped with two B-SAFETY high-performance spray heads, which not only meet the requirements of EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014, but also ensure that the water is distributed over a large area. This also takes care of the regions around the eyes and eyes can be positioned in the water jet without problems. The restricted, even and, most important of all, soft water jet has been optimized for rinsing chemicals out of the eye.

The correct spray height and a standard-compliant spray pattern are achieved by the integrated flow regulator, regardless of the water pressure applied. The rubber sleeves around the shower head protect the person seeking help from impact injuries. Dust caps on the shower head protect against contamination and open automatically when the eye shower is actuated by the water pressure The large holes in the shower heads prevent standing water and thus calcification.
